Is my 300A overclocked?

I have a minimal system up and running. ABIT BH6 mobo, Celeron 300A (I think), 128 MB RAM, and an AGP Matrox G100 a video card. Nothing else..no floppy, no harddrive, no CDROM.

The only connections to the mobo are the large main connector , the cpu fan connector, reset, power and speaker.

I can boot to bios so the mobo is not DOA..first hurdle.

I went to the soft menu. The CPU was 266/66. Does this mean I have a Celeron 266? Is the CPU auto detected?

I changed it to 300/66 and rebooted and it still worked. Then I went to user define and accepted the default settings which were:

Turbo Disabled
EXT Clock 100 MHz
Multiplier 4.5
Sel 100/66# Signal High
AGPCLK/CPUCLK 2/3
Speed error hold Enabled

CPU power supply

User defined 2.00 volts

I rebooted and went into the bios again and the settings are like I left them.

Is this machine overclocked? Do all Celeron 300A's overclock at this point of the installation?

I guess the next step is to put in a harddrive with an OS. The floppy and CDROM have not arrived yet so I will skip those for now.
