I have been with Waterhouse for 5 years, only now discovering what assholes they are. I had the same problem with them on Friday when there WebBroker was down and phone lines busy. Also I found out to my dismay that their option quotes do not reflect the bid ask from the exchange where the trade may occur, so the quotes can be totally bizarre. I am taking my business elsewhere. Does anybody use E-Schwab or know how they are? Alok
