I have just e-mailed the following to Madera. I await their response. As a shareholder it concerns me that the Brazilian Real is leading the region down. What effect will/has this had on Madera? Can you buy product from others in Reals and sell in U.S. $ so that profits are greater? What are the current barriers to evening out cash flow? Why, in the recent 10Q filings have management shares decreased as if you are selling when none of the required filings have been made for insider sales? Are you working on direct e-commerce sales of lumber? If you are doing all the things you claim to be doing to increase shareholder value why can't you provide the investment community with unambiguous and unconfusing information? I only invest in small companies with interesting business models, Madera's core business and holdings is the reason I am an owner and would be pleased to receive better and more comprehensive information. I look forward to your response. Thank you.
