Hi James, You are right, we are hearing that because this is a election year, that Chret is going to spend. (What is the easiest way of persuading, than by buying.) However, I do belive that IMF has suggested the importance for Canada to reduce its defecit and I believe Martin will concur.
Do you know what exchange I can buy these futures? If the dollar does move up, will that not offset my profits from the investment?
