I very strongly believe in RRRR, and its future. I cannot, however, agree that those with dissenting points of view--even those with whom I vigorously disagree--should be threatened with legal action, or any other types of adverse consequences. This back and forth has obviously gotten personal and off point, and has degenerated into ad hominem attacks. You lawyers should know what that means.

If the arguments made by Charles are without substance, they will fail to persuade, or be shown wrong in the due course of time. If they have any merit, I want to hear them, and continue to hear them. That is how we weigh and measure the merits of stocks, and decide whether to hold, sell or buy more.

Now enough of this--let's try to act like mature adults who can disagree without being disagreeable.
