RYOCX is the closest thing there is (as far as I know) to being an NASDAQ 100 index fund. Too bad it has such a high initial investment requirement. Anyway, if you are interested in NASDAQ index funds (or the lack thereof!), I urge you to check out the current discussion along these lines at another nearby board:

UOPIX was the #2 performing fund in existence last year at around 185%. By using futures derivatives, it seeks to magnify the NASDAQ - the NASDAQ on steroids as I think one person described it. But it also requires a high initial investment.
