JOINT STATEMENT: PartyTime and Jon Tara acknowledge that their posting moritorium was inadvertently broken by PartyTime by his starting a new ZULU thread, without realizing that this was a violation of the agreement. The parties agree that no malice was intended, and now agree to continue the original agreement. The original agreement will apply to all ZULU/ESVS threads on all sites, and agree not to start new threads regarding the subject matter of ESVS or ZULU. Neither PartyTime nor Jon Tara will use private messages to attack the other, or to encourage others to so attack, and that private messages will only be used in order to disseminate information regarding the company, or to describe personal opinions about developments concerning the company. Furthermore, if it becomes necessary, for whatever reason, to go to the public boards, the party desiring to do so must first contact the other before posting anything public. To post without a consent of the other would become a violation of the agreement.
