Mike,

The following points are for your reference:

1. STRM was the main Frame Relay market owner before, but it lost it gradually to CSCC
in the past two years. CSCC is gaining more and more FR market shares right
now. However, since the overall market is limited and thus, as a market leader,
you can not continue to gain market shares in the same rate as when you are at earlier
stage. This probabily mightbe the case of CSCC right now.

2. CSCC is not a single product company. ATM, remote access as well as
broadband access products will definitely play more important roles in
the future, especially ATM, that is the real info. superhighway products
will be the main revenue source since more and more ISPs or TeleComs will
have to increase their capacity to meet the increasing access needs.

3. In remote access market, CSCC do not have any shares right now. That means
if AX products released, CSCC will gain market shares from outers -- a pure
gain without loss and the bottom line is gain 0 (I believe this is
almot imposible)

4. Broadband access market is a new market, CSCC is trying to be the leader
by being the first to introduce such products.

5. STRM, ASND etc. are in the othersaid. They face the problem of how to
keep their market shares without being grabbed by others like CSCC. The same
problem exists for CSCC's frame relay market if there is some new vendor
develop the same product and so far there is not.

6. CSCC's IP switching technology is the replacement of Router in WAN since
it transfer date in a much faster way than router.

As I mentioned that I am an engineer and have no experience at all in
stock market. But I do know the products from technical point of view.
