Can't you get access to TD's Webroker, Telemax and Micromax services in Quebec? Even with all their weaknesses, they are still far faster than having to deal with a human. We joke about Webbroker's speed, but it was my only way to get an order placed at one time on Friday. But normally, I always use their Micromax service by phone. Telemax is only used when I am away from my computer and then personally I use it only for quotes although you can do everything if you have the patience to push all those buttons. For the quotes however I do prefer to enter the symbol by the key pad rather than use the voice recognition system which is slower.
