I was talking to a man a few months ago who travels to many North American paper mills working on paper machine suction rolls. He told me Repap's coated machine was the most up to date and best run machine he has seen. When it comes to paper machines the people you have working for you make all the difference.
Repap also still has the Althorpe mill which would have been a beauty had it been given a chance. It was to use low polluting alcohol instead of liqour for cooking so hopefully we haven't heard the last of it.
I also don't believe anybody is taking in to account Repap's woodlands or market share which are hard to assign a value to.
When I take an honest look at Repap I wish I had the dough to buy a lot more.
