I would agree that yields for sub 0.25 micron is problematic today for most, but many Japanese were late in learning DUV as they stretched i-line to 0.25 micron. This will work out in time - my experience with yield issues in DRAM is that they do not last more than 6-9 months.

The DRAM market is balanced in q4 this year if 64mb is 80 sqmm yielding 80%. The 0.23 to 0.25 micron window does this just fine. To the extent that the market outperforms this mix in terms of bits per wafer, we are still oversupplied.
