I think you vision makes senses. You story is an example of two new trends; mass-customization and knowledge-mana- gement. So, I believe that you will be right at the end. But your ideas will be implemented in a different way. It is like the robot-story. There are a lot of robots in this world today. Only implemented in a different way we originally thought. Paul
