You're looking for the same stuff as Spots:

This driver won't install from the Windows prompt. You have to click on it without being prompted. It's actually several drivers and takes several reboots to install completely. I don't think any of the Win95 CD's has it.

PS I know you didn't ask, but this from the Microsoft site:

Q: I want to develop USB devices for Windows 95. Where can I find Windows 95 drivers for USB?

Windows 95 drivers for USB (OSR 2.1) are currently available only on OEM platforms. One possibility is that your current platform may already have the drivers you want. To find out if it does, go to usb.org and use the USB evaluation utility. If it doesn't, your only option is to purchase an OEM platform.

You may want to reconsider your decision to develop USB devices for Windows 95. Windows 95/OSR 2.1 drivers are first-generation drivers and as such suffer from the limitations of all first-generation drivers: immature support and limited testing, which result in a higher probability of a bad user experience. Windows 98 drivers and Windows 2000 drivers, the second-generation drivers, offer far superior performance. We recommend that all IHVs ship only USB devices that have Windows 98 drivers and/or Windows 2000 drivers.

For more information on the differences between OSR 2.1 and Windows 98 USB support, go to windows.com.

I used to be able to find a Win95 USB driver on the MS site but now I can't find it. Maybe there was too much trouble with it. I still have the installation file if anyone needs it.
