Doug,

If my memory serves me correctly, INVX has always e-mailed me the qtrly earnings before the bell on the day of the cc. It will be interesting to see what INVX has to say regarding flip chips, possible new customers, and the law suit.

PS I am still out of INVX as of this time but I still keep an eye on INVX in case things start looking good again.
