I think it should be noted that the article you pasted above is from Stratfor's 1999 annual forecast. They have many insights but are, like everyone else, just extrapolating information to certain conclusions and are often wrong, but they are always thought provoking. I think they have very good intelligence about the Middle East. Moneypenny
