Why do people always portray stock registration and sale in a negative light? Don't companies issue stock to raise capital? When a company registers and sells stock, they are just doing what the stock market was created for... rasing capital to invest in future operations. Not a bad thing. There are a lot of future operations that need to be funded if IMON is going to succeed.
