Hello George,

Do you know the rules on what is required to remain listed on NASDAQ? I am pretty sure that one dollar is the minimum price per share to get listed to begin with, but I am not sure what the criteria for delisting are. Perhaps Danny's move to get listed on the Frankfurt exchange is a hedge against getting booted by NASDAQ.

As to beakruptsy, I agree. Unless there is a dramatic turnaround as to cash income it surely does not look good at all for the CAML. Recent quarters have shown losses in the 3 to 4 million range. Even with their claimed reserves of 16 million plus the recent mysterious private placement by "foriegn investors" (who immediately lost about %40 of their investment, betcha they are real happy) it doesn't take a super accountant or a rocket scientist to figure out that they have under 2 years to go before the house comes crashing down if the current trend is continued.

The real sad part of this is that there was actually potential for this company. Unfortunately they have been mismanaged into a huge, deep hole from which it is unlikely that they will be able to emerge.
