Daniel, Thanks for the tip. The following is one of Dick Brown's quotes in the FAQ section on the EDS site.

I just printed out a Merril Lynch report on EDS. (They are free until 2/28 and look to be quite worthwhile.) I tried to copy and paste a section but couldn't figure out how to do it in Adobe Acrobat. I'll work on it later.

Anyway, they were quite positive on Richard Brown and had a section on what they thought he would do at EDS. It sounds like there is a huge deal in the wings with MCI that EDS didn't want to discuss until Richard was on board. They also talked about his desire to increase shareholder value and indicated that EDS could afford to spend a billion in a stock buy back.

Best of luck to him and all the long suffering EDS stockholders. (I'll try to scan in that section of the report)
