You haven't justified your picks. A sentence cut and pasted from the profile doesn't contstitute a descriptive paragraph. Tell us why the price of Ciena and Avant! is so low and why you believe the stock prices will double in the next year. Jeff Kehl isn't around this year to save us, so we're counting on you to pick the winners that offset the losers the rest of us select. The EDA area is a fertile one for value stocks. Why did you choose Avant! rather than Cadence (the industry leader) or Mentor (Daniel Caldwell's employer)? I don't own either.. I own nothing with a P/E that low :( Since you've changed your investing philosophy from value to growth, perhaps it would be better for you to start a contest on the AOL thread for more speculative investors (gamblers).
