You are indicating that Anthony should be investigated by the SEC and given several examples of posts that violate SEC laws, either in the spirit or the letter of the law.

I know someone who is reporting a licensed "someone" to the SEC and he is very familiar with the standards and rules. I am not. SO do you have a link to a site that provides examples, rules, etc that can be used to determine if Anthony's actions rise to the level that is an SEC violation.

Also, if anyone has asked Bob to stop someone from posting to you either in private and in public or both and he has refused to cooperate, please contact me. I have some information for you. Btw, since my libel post last night I have been inundated in my email from attorneys etc concerning this matter. And it is only 10:30 in the morning. It seems there are ALOT of lawsuits being prepared. Yes, Bob has said he will not enforce the defamation of character Terms of Use with no response concerning a court judgement. However, as the letters that I have been receiving indicate...SI may indeed be culpable in a number of areas as they have set themselves up to police SI and have set a standard. Admittedly, a standard only SI understands.

And for those that asked...I did not save the posts so I cannot send them to you. There was a discussion about libel and Bob's private message on the Welcome to Silicon Investor thread with me inviting SI to respond. Of course, they did not go on public record concerning the matter.
