Mr. MJ:
Let me be clear on this reverse split notion: I've invested in startup operations a number of times- and have done a modest amount of investigation on techniques of how to get up and out of the BB and get the upper hand on the marketmakers. The reverse idea, as my fellow investors here point out really does stink for all concerned in most every occasion. The only occasion or two that I've been pointed to where it worked was on the initial launch of entirely new co organization and developments, (ie, PalWeb Corp. being a "new" entity). Since I've just pulled myself aboard, I'm probably not fully apprised of every detail of your co history to date. Hence- I completely defer to the combined judgement expressed here. Forget a split. But, raising the issue does tell me a lot about where everyone is at. You guys seem ready to rock and roll with Mr. John, count me in.
The point remains that getting to the Nasd Nat. Board is a long term goal- but I like Mr. MJ's attitude to get there- as it will be well worth his while to do so!, and a monumental acheivement he can be very proud of when it occurs. My investment money here is strictly high risk dollars- win or lose, let's go for it.
Finally, the financial projections for the co are truly significant. Being a new guy, I've looked for some comments about the possibilities for attaining these accomplishments. I understand the need to shoot high- I always do. Now that things are seeming to fall into place (and as we all hope they do), has any of the recent developments given cause to believe that these goals are truly acheivable? I've looked for some general comments on this, but did not find a source. Mr. MJ: have you revised your outlook in this regard recently? or, are you satisfied to leave these ambitious projections up for consideration as we see you move forward this year?
Finally, two more quick requests from the "new guy"- 1) what can I tell others in the briefest fashion, as to why this industry is going to plastic pallets as opposed to age-old wooden ones? Is it a lot of reasons? or, is there one big, overridding reason? I saw lots of good advantages, but is there one simple one that makes this a sure bet in the industry? 2) I understand that the machinery and system to manufacture the pallets is an important revenue stream for the co as well as the pallets themselves. Which revenue stream will be most significant for PalWeb as it moves forward in time?
Happy Sunday to you all, and thank you for allowing me to get caught up on these details- and thanks in advance for any comments in return.
