I wouldn' be surprized if the drill results are good... I would however be very surprised if we won any porion of the dayton suit and completely floored if we won the suit with respect to the disputed property that dayton is actually mining its my impression correct me if i am wrong that our claims are based on some legal technicality, failure to file deed properly or something like that chilean courts would be very adverse to disrupte or destroy the existing operations of a listed reporting company that employs xxx chileans and pays taxes and whatever other legal and possibly nonlegal fees that are extracted from mining companies. Not sound public policy. Lets just hope that the judge is on the up and up. Wonder who has the most money to buy justice.
