Anyone accidently put one in the wrong hole. (Took me twenty minutes to get one out).

Yup..and I broke it trying to get it out. I could not get to one side of the 'mound' to push on the clip. I finally gave up and forced it out...breaking it.

I think it is a big minus. What do I do a year and a half from now if I want to swap mobo's and I have to move the 'mounds'

I think it would be foolish to mount 2 drives in that tray. They end up touching each other and have way too little room for airflow....

Agreed.
