From Tomorrowcast.com...AGRIBIOTECH (ABTX,$14.38) traded in a broad range on both sides of $15
last week, with good opportunities to profit from the recommended buy-write
on the Jan. 15 call options. ABTX now enters the self-imposed deadline zone
for either selling itself or finding a buy-in partner. Statements from the company
indicate that they are making good progress in this area, and a class action
lawsuit filed against company officials on Friday raises the stakes. It gives the
company officials even more incentive to deliver on their promise. We think
they will. If you decide to write options against your position, we suggest that
you move to well-out-of the money options so as to lock in substantial capital
gains if the buy out materializes.
