With OSX now at 55 -- not much above the low -- now is the time to buy the quality names or a diversified fund such as FSESX. We could still drop somewhat further but the upside potential is infintely greater than the risk at this point. The fact that many stocks are not going down on bad news is further evidence that the bottom is in.
