we agree, the problem is that the congress in brazil is very corrupt, short sighted, pork barrelled and isolationist they have a history of facism xenophobia and selfish behavior cardoso is their hope to reform the economy and enter the world of international finance with the economic blessings they deserve they are a wonderful, colorful and peaceful people with a terrible history of selfish rulers i am hoping cardoso can pull it off he has a lot of work ahead of him curtis
