Morning Moosie... or I guess it's afternoon by now...

Getting all ready for the big Jets game later... you know, the one they're gonna win over the horsey's from colorado <g>. You stay away from my moosehead... well, maybe you can have a bottle or two if you cheer for the Jets <ggg>.

Also been reading the dialogues about the press releases and have the following 2 cents to add:

I thought the first PR from Teltek on this deal was pretty vague. The next one from Digitcom cleared things up a bit, and the followup to that clarified all the loose ends. Maybe it wasn't the best way to do the releases, but since Teltek released the first one, Digitcom had to do something and probably before they were ready. Digitcom could have combined the two into one, but then we wouldn't have had all this great discussion, would we? <g>

As for the options Teltek has been granted, I haven't seen anyone lay out just what these options represent: as I read it, Teltek has been granted the option, i.e. the right, to buy X number of shares of DGIV at an option price of $1.50/share. The shares must come out of already approved shares, else Digitcom must come to the shareholders for approval to increase the number. If I'm not mistaken, between the float and the shares held by JC and others, I believe there were about 700K shares unallocated. I agree with Sam Lee that Teltek probably got about 320K shares, but remember, when they exercise that option, in whole or part, they must pay $1.50/share for the privilege. It is clear that Teltek would not have taken this deal if they didn't think Digitcom shares were going to escalate in value. IMO, a good bet for Teltek and a good deal for Digitcom since they don't have to lay out cash for start up process. JMHO.

A thank you goes to bullmarket, risk, sam, Dan, Laz, woody, RickD and the others who took the time to intelligently discuss these issue and bring clarification to us masses.

To Playground Paul and his obsession with the CA office of Teltek, it states pretty clearly in the PRs that Teltek is based in Taiwan, not CA. Teltek must have only a representative here which gives them a presense, but alas not a fancy office building.

Oops, Atlanta just scored to take the lead 7 - 0. Go Jets.

Have a great day all...

Chuck... still wondering what the loud rumble from the SF area last night was all about and looking for a report from one of the participants, if they're still standing <ggg>.
