The Judge can't sign any default judgement unless AZNT files a Notification of Default and sends copies to the parties involved. AZNT never did this. If you are saying First Concorde never received a Notification, you are correct. Now, you might want to check with the rest of the Defendants, then you will see the light. Tell me Jeffrey, what will happen when the freeze is lifted? lolol The only people to blame for the inevitable short squeeze, will be the shorts and the companies they have involved. I'm told all the Defendants responded in time. That's why the hearings are proceeding as scheduled, the next one being 1/29. Who told you this, Janice or Wellrich? Both are poorly informed!!
