I show EPS for 1998 as -0.07, -0.13 and -0.03 respectively for the quarters.

Charles,

I hope I have bad information, but I don't think so. I have these numbers on Iomega going way back to 1993.

Our difference in the last (Q3) quarter is because of the "one-time" charge of $0.03 associated with acquiring Nomai, but the real loss is, indeed, $0.06....I honestly don't know how the analysts "count" that number when including it in estimates for all of fiscal 1998.

However, I think my - $0.15 loss for Q2 is correct. If anyone could point me to an official source, I'd love to change my numbers for this year.

Dave
