I'll indulgently ignore that you're mixing up "one" and "two". But I feel compelled to come to Mirthful Maiden's defense here. I think her basic point is that the extremes of control or uncontrol both suck. Ther IS such a thing as too much freedom, at least in moderately-to-densely populated areas. If freedom were unrestrained, it would be lost very quickly. Warlords and assorted bikers would gangrape freedom so quickly&effectively that people's heads would spin (and a fair proportion of these somewhere beside their so recently attached bodies).
The tough part is to have enough governance to keep the predators in check. If all the cops in America disappeared overnight - I imagine things would be nasty. Your and my "imalienable right" to life and property would be worthless - unless you're a HECK of a shot.
