Woody- Sorry I didn't get a chance to join all of you (y'all) last night..

It would have been great to meet Laz, E' Lane, Chip, Dedrick and yourself in person!!! Several things came up here (ie working on my 10 yr olds project).

I totally agree with you regarding the release. I hope that from this point forth there are No more corrections to PR's. They really have to get it together in that regard.

BUT, when you step back and take ten deep breaths, the bottom line is that we now will have an additional source of income in another region of the world that we didn't have a week ago.

With Teltek having the contracts, they could have partnered with any number of companies. Why did they choose DGIV?? Well, I agree with Rick D. that there was a long standing relationship between the principals of the two companies which created a sense of trust between the two. Secondly, Teltek still had to feel confident that DGIV had the technology and could deliver on their end including providing the reciprocal minutes NOT JUST FOR THIS CONTRACT BUT FOR OTHER POTENTIAL CONTRACTS that should be derived from this relationship.

By providing stock options at $1.50, Teltek must feel pretty confident that DGIV's stock will be worth a lot more than that price over time. It also gives Teltek a BIG incentive to help DGIV grow and succeed in the future.
