The problem in Brazil is that the constitution is completely screwed up. The USA would be in the same condition if we did not have a much more sophisticated system, even though drawn up 200 years ago. Brazil is completely hopeless because of this and won't change until the states are forced to accept the Federal gov as supreme like in USA. It is too bad that so much suffering will occur for nothing. Best for IMF to walk away from this one. I plan to sell if I get back to even.
