IBMikey, That is true at present. But I am talking from personal experience. Most bulletin board stocks are scams. And there is no way to tell the scams from the good ones because of inadequate disclosure requirements. I would never consider a bulletin board stock as an investment, except if I personally new the people running the company, which is never the case.
