Paul, you asked some very good questions. Unfortunately I don't have many answers right now but I'll let you know if I find out new information.

If memory serves me right, PRLN wanted to provide tests for ten herbal screenings for Scherer. I believe they wanted to complete setting up the first five screens so Scherer could introduce five herbal supplements at once. They have been busy developing those five screens the past six months. They must have recently completed those screens and have just now received the first payment from Scherer for this. If they had more money they probably could have hired more scientists to develop the screens more quickly. Then they could have had 10 herbal products instead of five. I'm guessing they want to hire more scientists so they can develop screens more quickly.

I imagine they would also like to have more scientists so they can run more testing for batches. Remember, part of BioFIT's benefits is that it will allow batch-to-batch testing. I'm not sure if PRLN will actually run the tests or if Scherer will run the tests with the screens that PRLN has developed.

I am speculating here. I could be all wet in my speculation. I will try to find out more. I will let you know just as soon as I find out.
