I have received correspondence from both Partners in this joint venture. At least one of them seems surprised at the negative reaction (mine in particular) to their "correction." I am just going to report some things passed on to me without judging them:

1. The "correction" news release is blamed on overconservative lawyers concerned with disclosure. Why they couldn't have waited for those lawyers to review it first was not explained (they were a "different" set of lawyers than originally reviewed it).

2. The "option" referred to has to do with NEW Internet business to be developed in China for this joint venture which has incredible potential for future revenues beyond what was discussed in the joint venture announcement.

3. Each month, there are more than 300 million minutes of traffic from the USA to China and growing fast; nevertheless, there are only handful of carriers like Teltek/Digitcom having a direct link to China's PTT. It's a seller's market. Filling up the pipe and generate some revenue should be a "fairly easy task" for Jimmy Chin.

4. Teltek was able to negotiate very competitive rates with the overseas authorities for this service.

5. Stocks were NOT sold during this episode by one of the key individuals.

6. It was reiterated that this service is ready to begin now.
