Thanks for your link. It is amazing how people don't change.

Four years ago Floyd "forgets" to file the proper papers that he owns a bunch of stock.

Last month Floyd "forgets" to tell stockholders that he had the number of authorized shares increased five-fold, from 100 million to 1/2 billion.

I wonder how many other things Floyd will "forget" before our stock reaches zero?
