According to CNBC TV, the Associated Press is reporting that
AMERICA ONLINE has reached an agreement with attorneys generals of
37 states in which AOL will reimburse customers dissatisfied with
its pricing plan that gives users unlimited access for $19.95 a
month. Earlier, Illinois Attorney General Jim Ryan said he will
announce an agreement with AOL at a news conference set for 1:30
CST, in which attorneys general from other states will participate.
