Yes, this is a good long-term stock, and a good short-term one, too, IF you get in at the right time. This stock can languish for what seems like an eternity when the rest of the market passes it by, IN THE SHORT TERM. It seems to move in the opposite direction of the NASDAQ. Be prepared for frustration, puntuated with brief moments of hope.
About the denizens: They seem to digresss into matters other than the subject at hand during periods when the stock festers at a stale and boring price level. When it does go, even for a few points, the conversations magically re-focus and you can learn a lot by lurking.
