It is public VVID on NASDAQ. Don't know too much about except they make scanning devices that allow airline baggage to be screened for potential bombs and the like. I've never owned it but a friend did and was sure it was going to rocket. When I checked a little it looked like their technology might have been considered somewhat inferior to their competition who's name escapes me now. I do remember however that their devices wer'e cheaper and some thought that their devices might develop into a sort of pre-scan unit to take the pressure off of the much more expensive units their competitor's made.
