Raleigh (and everyone else):

I spoke to Helen today to get a feel for what is going on....

- The Atlanta trip: They are in various stages of SEVERAL deals
as a direct result of the meetings in Atlanta. Apparently, Frank
is cognizant of a certain timeframe in which he is wanting to release
any news from these meetings. The results of these meetings will probably be addressed via news releases after the news below is released. Frank was VERY happy with the trip. Personally, I got
the feeling that we will be seeing some BLOCKBUSTER news as a result of the trip.

- They are in the process of preparing 6 NEWS RELEASES which will
be coming out every 2 to 3 days for the next couple of weeks.

- WEBTV...almost forgot. Not able to say much on this one. Mutual
non-disclosure agreement. The only thing I was told is that it will
be generating revenue for a long period of time, and that they are
already seeing some of that come in the door!

- The Raytheon deal continues to go well. The product that they
have shipped was evaluated by Raytheon and determined to meet specs.
Apparently several orders have already been shipped. REMEMBER,
the product is being used for the Stars program for air traffic control upgrade which is expected to last through the year 2006.

- US Robotics CONTINUES to order the DMARK. The number of orders
has been picking up recently. They have already had 5 orders this week!

- 800 account business continues to explode! I was not privy to
any numbers, but the interest in this side of the business has been
tremendous. They are also starting to get some business interest in
the Flat Rate ISDN service. As a sidenote, they were able to determine that the 800 service was accessible via airphones. Didn't
understand the importance of this, just that from an engineering
standpoint it was cool (in a engineering geeky sort of way, I guess!)

- The Cyclone should be opeartional locally for FNET in February.
Their is large interest from external customers (not FNET) for the
Cyclone. Expect the Cyclone to ship in late March for external customers.

- The Tornado is the next generation Cyclone. Tight lipped on this
for now!
