<< WESTFORD, Mass., Jan 29 (Reuter) - Cascade Communications Corp said on Wednesday it completed the purchase of Sahara Networks Inc for 3.8 million shares, valuing Sahara at $216.5 million. Cascade had 98,725 shares in issue at end-1996. >> 216.5 / 3.8 = 57 Apparently, the price for the CSCC shares used in the transaction was 57. Will CSCC issue shares to pay to the current Sahara owners, or they will pay cash?
