YOU MUST INCLUDE THE WAFERS MADE IN Q3 that DIDN't SHIP IN Q3 but DID SHIP in Q4. That should just about make 40,000 wafers the correct number. The 34% yield is accurate. You may not want to believe it, but that's your perogative. I'm sure you don't want to believe AMD's ASPs are plummeting either. Paul
