Boy, wouldn't it be nice if the SEC would force any US company with over 250 investors and $500,000 in Assetts to File with the SEC AND to make those filings Public ? Instead of 500 Investors at $10 Million in assetts ?? Just think of what it would do to the 'little company' that has no way of really telling possible investors they are legit other than to say 'we are registered with the SEC and here is our numbers'. But that would also swamp the SEC, too.
