I'm sure the part is just fine for 533 MHz.

The 600 MHz will demonstrate the "head room" in Intel's P3 design/process. I would not be surprised if it required non-standard cooling.

After all, some dude - reported by McMannis - has already overclocked a 400 MHz Celeron to 600 MHz using 6 or 8 fans blowing on the module, power supply and chassis exhaust.
