You saw what the meat was the rest of it danced around my request to visit there operation and the lack of timely information about the company. The response to that being they mail out a quarterly report in letter form so they are keeping us informed.

There are no chips out to OEM's. We are waiting for a piece of $40k+ test equipment of which ADI does not have the money to purchase. Another private placement is in the works. This information comes direct from Hunter.
