Andrew I am sorry I can't answer your questions with facts, only my opinions...I would assume the menu is standaedized, and I would also assume there is extensive training...If I you can, please try to contact the company...I'm sure they will answer your questions...I would like to here what you find... BTW to all...looks like were starting to get noticed...little move up on 125,000+ shares traded...it's a start... john
