Thanks Bill, for the full disclosure. Good idea to move to the shore, if you jump out of the window you'll just get wet! I don't share your pessimism regarding regional banks though. Some will have problems as always, but the strong will do well or get stronger. The "new" WFC has enormous mtge servicing revenues, and those just keep going even in a downturn. I really think WFC will be our second coast to coast national bank, and intend to stay with it for 3-5 years. John
