Mike It appears to me that Ballard will slowly inch downward until one of their famous announcements. One of the objectives for 1998 was for Ballard to form some type of alliance with a company to market portable fuel cells. This, to the best of my knowledge has not yet been accomplished. If they can carry this out, then look out. The market for this type of fuel cell is absolutely incredible. If they can get an announcement like this, then the stock is going to take off again. Bob
