Float is at 4 million shares and management and funds own 2.5 millions (38%). Insiders bought many shares in the past months including CEO who grabbed 150k (50k at 6$ average). IMO that's a clear signal that shares are undervalued and that management knows the company is worth at the very lease 11$ (IPO initial price in march 97). Thassico
