It's not a zygote. It is a human being with the right to live. Because it can't talk yet society has taken away all it's rights. But that is a mistake. The new human has been dehumanized by "zygote" and other labels so as to assuage the conscience of the people involved in it's death. IMO because it will be a living , breathing human being it already is. Time can be confusing to those who are locked into it's framework in their thinking. The idea that it is OK to kill the new human before a certain point in time in their development is morally flawed.
